ClipOps

Privacy policy

Last updated 4 September 2026

ClipOps is an internal tool operated by AI Handle (Omar Elgarhy, United Arab Emirates) for its own team of video clippers and editors. It is not offered to the public. This page explains what the tool stores about team members and why.

What we store

How it is used

Only to run the clipping workflow: finding moments, rendering clips, posting to the accounts you connected, tracking performance, and calculating payouts. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.

Where it lives

Data is held in Supabase (database and short-term file storage) and Vercel (application hosting). Finished clips and originals are kept in the team Google Drive. Working copies in Supabase storage are deleted automatically after processing; Drive originals are never deleted by the tool.

Third-party services

Posting and analytics go through each platform's official API (Google/YouTube, TikTok, Meta, X). The in-app assistant sends the text of your request, and the minimum work data needed to answer it, to the configured language-model provider (Anthropic or Mistral). Their use of that data is governed by their own terms.

Retention and deletion

Work records are kept while you are on the team. When an account is disabled, connected-platform tokens are removed immediately and the rest is deleted within 30 days on request to the owner.

Your choices

You can disconnect any platform in Settings at any time. Questions or deletion requests go to the owner at the contact address below.
