ClipOps
Terms and conditions
Last updated 4 September 2026
ClipOps is an internal tool provided by AI Handle (Omar Elgarhy, United Arab Emirates) to members of its clipping team. By signing in you agree to these terms. If you are not a team member, you are not permitted to use the tool.
Access
- Accounts are created by the owner and are personal. Do not share your sign-in or use another person's account.
- Each account is bound to one device. Ask the owner to reset the device if you change phones or computers.
- The owner may disable an account at any time, including when someone leaves the team.
Content and rights
- Only add source videos you have the right to clip under the campaign you are working on. Campaign rules from the rights holder or marketplace (for example Whop, Clipster, Content Rewards) apply on top of these terms.
- Clips made through the tool for a campaign belong to the campaign as agreed with the owner. You keep any rights you already held in your own footage.
- Do not upload material that is illegal, infringing, or that you were told not to use.
Connected accounts
Connecting a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, or Google Drive account lets the tool act on that account for you (post, read analytics, read and write the shared Drive folders). Each platform's own terms apply. Nothing is posted without an approval step in the app, and you can disconnect at any time.
Payouts
View counts and payouts shown in the tool are calculated from platform analytics and campaign rates entered by the owner. They are working figures. The amount actually paid is settled between you and the owner, or by the campaign platform, outside this tool.
Assistant and automation
The in-app assistant and the clipping pipeline are automated and can make mistakes: a clip may be cut at the wrong moment, a caption may be inaccurate, a ranking may be off. Review clips before approving them. The tool shows which engine produced a result and never claims a post succeeded without reading it back from the platform.
Availability
The tool is provided as-is for internal use, with no uptime guarantee. Rendering runs on the owner's hardware and may pause when that machine is offline; queued work resumes when it is back.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the current version.
